How do I find a specific product?
There is a search engine located at the top of every page throughout the site. Search by either title of book, cd etc or by auther or performer name.

How many items do you carry?
Earshot is continuously increasing the stock items. If you want a specific title that is not in our online catalogue, email us at enquiries@earshot.com.sg and we will revert to you soonest .

What if I have forgotten my password?
Navigate to the account page and click on the "Password forgotten? Click here" and you will receive an email from us.

What is your refund policy?
We regret that all purchases are final and we do not accept any change of products purchased or refunds.

Delivery

Do you deliver to the U.S. to Canada or to foreign countries?
Yes. Please email to enquiries@earshot.com.sg for postal rates.

How long will it take for purchases to reach me?
Your order will be shipped once your payment method is processed. For local shipments, we estimate that you will receive your items 3-5 days after your payment has been processed. For foreign shipments, this will depend on the shipping method selected. A Delivery Advice regarding estimated date of arrival will be sent after your order has been mailed.

I still have not received my purchases after 10 days. Is there a delivery problem?
Earshot uses Singpost for both local and international delivery. If you have not received your purchases after 10 days from the date your payment was processed, we will check with Singpost on the status of your items and advise you soonest.

What currency does Earshot use?
We accept only Singapore dollars at the moment.

How do I pay?
At the moment, Earshot only accepts the following;
Cheque payment - please make cheque payable to "The Old Parliament House Ltd" and mail it to 1 Old Parliament Lane, Singapore 179429, Attn Earshot Dept.

VISA and American Express.

Cash (for self collection only)

Are there any shipping charges or sales tax?
All prices on the web are nett.

Do you match prices?
We match all publisher authorized prices. If you find a lower price elsewhere, please submit a price match request. You can submit a price match request and we can certainly investigate and if possible, match the price.

Can I place an order offline via fax or through the mail?
Yes. Please fax orders to 6336-3021 or mail to Earshot, c/o The Old Parliament House Ltd, Singapore 179429.  

Can I send an item as a gift?
Most certainly! Just fax or send us an email with the Title, Addressee, Delivery Details along your payment and contact number.

Gift Certificates

How do I puchase Earshots gift certificate?
Just email enquiries@earshot.com.sg and tell us the amount you require and it will be mailed over to you. Our Gift Certificates are in denominations of $50, $100, $150, $200.
